The Petitioner has already filed a subsequent writ petition bearing Writ Petition No.2422 of 2015. The present writ petition now would not survive, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent that already decision has been taken negativing the claim of the Petitioner. The said decision is also subject matter of challenge in writ petition referred above, and naturally, the Petitioner would raise all the contentions in the writ petition, which is filed subsequently.
