PER COURT :- Writ Petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the Respondent No.1 to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner/purchaser seeking permission to purchase/ exchange the land under section 36(A) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code,1966, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. It is clarified that, this Court has not examined the matters considering the merits of the contentions and it would be open for the State Government to take decision in accordance with the provisions of law.
