It is submitted that application of the petitioner for removal of encroachment is pending with the respondent No. 3. No action is taken.

Mr. Pawar, the learned counsel holding for Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that, at present full fledged Chief Executive Officer is not in the office. The application of the petitioner would be considered and decision would be taken within a period of one year from today. The learned counsel for the petitioner accedes the same. 3.

In the light of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
