Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Karlekar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State submits that, he has received written instructions that the objection of the petitioner would be referred to the competent Court and till the entire enquiry is concluded, nobody would be paid the compensation amount. 3.

In view of the said statement made, we are not required to decide the petition on merits. The writ petition as such is disposed of. No costs.
