Mr. Narwadkar, the learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner can submit the validity certificate up to 04.04.2020 i.e. at the time of allotment of College.

Mr. Patil, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the matter was kept for hearing before the committee on 16.03.2020 but the petitioner did not remain present.

The petitioner has to be diligent in prosecuting the proceeding.

The petitioner shall remain present before respondent no. 5 / committee on 26.03.2020. The committee shall decide the validation proceeding on or before 31.03.2020.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
