Learned APP states that by way of Final Report No.17/2020 dated 22.10.2020, "C" summary is preferred before the Magistrate's Court. The statement is recorded and accepted.

In view of this statement, learned Counsel for the applicant does not press this application and prays for withdrawal of this application. He seeks liberty to approach this Court again, in case, "C" summary is not accepted by the learned Magistrate.

With such liberty, Criminal Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.
