Present application has been filed for relaxation of condition imposed while granting the applicant bail in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1475 of 2019. The applicant has filed another application i.e. Anticipatory Bail Application No.434 of 2023, wherein the applicant has been granted anticipatory bail after depositing the amount, as directed by this Court. 2.

In view of the same, nothing survives in the present application. Same stands disposed of accordingly.
