By this petition, the petitioner seeks directions against the respondents No.1 to 6 to initiate action against the accused persons who had alienated the inam land under Survey Nos.150, 151 and 152 of village Palam, Taluka Palam, District Parbhani. The petitioner has also sought directions against respondents No.5 and 6 to register F.I.R. at Palam Police Station against the executor of sale deeds, for alienating the Wakf land and committing an offence of cheating.

Learned counsel for the respondents No.5 and 6 states that, enquiry will be initiated and concluded within three months and appropriate action will be taken as per the outcome of the enquiry. The statement is accepted. In the light of the said statement, learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondents No.5 and 6, the petition stands disposed of.
