Having regard to the contents of the application which are supported by affirmation, I am satisfied with the explanation offered for the delay. In that view of the matter, delay for filing application for bringing legal representative on record is

930-ca-3366-2025 condoned, abatement of appeal against appellant is set aside and permission is granted to bring the name of applicant as legal representative of deceased appellant.
