The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner submits that he has sent letter to the widow of the Petitioner, who expired in 2019, and there is no response. He submits that, no family member of the Petitioner has come forward to pursue this Writ Petition. SG Punde

Since the Petitioner died in 2019 and since then none came forward to pursue the Petition, the Petition stands dismissed as abated and disposed off accordingly.
