The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses B & C as under :
"B) By issuing Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, be pleased to quash and set aside the Show Cause Notice dated 18.08.2021, issued by the Respondent No. 2 Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad.
C) Be pleased to hold and declare that the notice dated 18.08.2021 issued by the Respondent No. 2 Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad against the petitioner for reopening of his Validity Proceeding is null and void."

It is obvious that a show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner and the petitioner has every opportunity to submit a written explanation and also place the case laws before the Committee and address the mind of the Committee to enable it to
928wp5222.22 pass a reasoned order.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The petitioner would be at liberty to submit written notes and submissions along with the copies of the judgments, case laws, on which he desires to place reliance and address the mind of the Committee. We expect that the Committee to consider the said material and pass a reasoned order.

Needless to state that if, the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed, he would be at liberty to avail all such remedies as may be permissible under the law.
