Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner and his children have submitted proposal for verification of their caste claim in the year 2010, 2011 and 2014. Even the Vigilance is conducted in the year 2014. The petitioner has filed his say to the Vigilance

Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for Respondents.

In case Vigilance is already over, there would be no impediment for the Committee to decide the proceedings expeditiously.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner and his children expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 12.4.2018.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
