Mr. Vibhute, the learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding is pending in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner since 2011. The father of the petitioner and real sister of the petitioner are issued with the validity certificates. The mark sheet of the petitioner for final year B.E. examination is with held.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4.

The Respondent No. 4 shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 12.4.2018. The Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may not withhold mark sheet of the petitioner only on the ground that validity is not yet obtained. However, the degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner unless, the petitioner produces the validity certificate. The petitioner shall not take benefit of reservation till the petitioner gets the validity certificate.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
