We have heard Mr. Mobin H. Shaikh, advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Mr. Shaikh, learned counsel submits that election of management of Wakf, namely, "MADRSA WA MASJID TALIM-UL-ISLAM JAMIYAT AHLE HADIS" is required to be held in furtherance of notice dated 24-04-2015. 3.

If the petitioner is interest person, he may move Wakf Authorities in that regard as would be permissible under the provisions of Wakf Act. In case such application is moved by the petitioner, the authority concerned shall decide the same on its merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
