Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 27.04.2018, the petitioner is reinstated and the learned Counsel further submits that appeal filed by the petitioner is also dismissed 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the second appeal has been filed by the petitioner and the same is pending.

The parties would be governed by the decision given in the second appeal and such other orders passed pursuant to the remedy availed by the parties. The suspension is already revoked. The petitioner is reinstated. In view of that, the purpose of this Writ Petition stands served.
