2] Upon hearing both sides, Mr.Katneshwarkar, learned counsel for the applicants, submits that since the learned Sessions Judge has reported that the trial would be concluded within 8 or 9 months, the applicants wish to withdraw the present application, however, in case, the trial is not concluded within another six months, considering

3] In the circumstances, allowed to withdraw and disposed of as such.

4] Learned Sessions Judge is directed to take efforts for conclusion of the trial within six months and in case, the trial could not be concluded within six months, the application of present applicants for bail, if any, be heard and decided on it's merit by learned Sessions Judge.
