These applications are filed by the appellant for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 on record. By these applications appellant has prayed for setting aside abatement, condonation of delay and permission for bringing on record the names of legal representatives of deceased respondent nos.1, 2 and 3. 2.

Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are the original plaintiffs. By order dated 07.03.2025, similar applications for bringing on record legal representatives of the deceased respondent Nos.1,2 and 3 are allowed by orders on civil application no.11827 of 2023 and civil application no. 2529 of 2018 in connected Second Appeal No.232 of 1998. 3.

Since legal representatives of the same persons are already

947-ca-11305-2021.odt allowed to be brought on record by order dated 07.03.2025, the instant civil applications are also allowed subject to cost of total Rs.5000/- to be deposited by the appellant with the Chairman, Library Committee, Advocate Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad. 4.

The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Civil Applications are disposed of. 5.

Matter may be kept for final hearing in the week commencing 07.07.2025.
