Mr. Mathpathi, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is a feeding mother. The Commissioner has directed the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded to submit the report. The same is not yet submitted.

It is not disputed that, as per the Government Resolution, the feeding mother is considered, where the child is below two years of age. In the present case, the child is born on 30th July, 2017 to the petitioner. The report shall be submitted to the Commissioner by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad,

2 wp 3766.19 Nanded within a period of one week from today and the Commissioner thereafter shall pass necessary orders within a period of one week.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
