This application is filed for bail. Present applicant is behind the bar since March, 2016. The charge-sheet is filed. The previous application filed for bail bearing No.4508 of 2016 was rejected after filing of charge-sheet. Learned Counsel wants to argue also on changed circumstances. Sufficient time needs to be given to the Trial Court for making efforts to dispose of the case. In view of these circumstances, liberty can be given to the present applicant to come before this Court again after two months and if progress is not made in the case, this Court may consider the application at that time.
