Present application has been filed to bring the legal representatives of appellant No.1-B on record. He expired on 19.10.2020. The application is within limitation. No necessity to issue notice to the respondents and in view of the fact that the right to sue survives, the application deserves to be allowed. It appears that there is some office objection in respect of middle name of deceased appellant No.1-B on the death certificate, however, that objection appears to be only spelling mistake, which need not be serious enough. 2.
