He submits that the submissions recorded by this Court, particularly in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 9th December 2014 in Writ Petition No.3630 of 2014 be deleted, which reads thus: " that the earlier suit, i.e. Regular Civil Suit No.217 of 1961, between the ancestors of the petitioners and respondents was compromised by playing fraud and the same is not binding on the petitioners herein.." 3.

Learned Counsel Mr Bhapkar has no objection to the same. In view thereof, the submissions made in the said order referred to above are deleted.
