This is an application for restoration of the petition which came to be dismissed.

The petition came to be dismissed by an order dated 22nd November, 2019, for failure to comply with the conditions stipulated therein.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited an amount of Rs. 2,000/- in terms of order dated 26th February, 2021. The applicant undertakes to furnish copies of the petition for service on the respondent.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, and to advance the

968ca2750.21 cause of substantive justice the order dated 22nd November, 2019 dismissing the petition stands recalled.

The Writ petition No. 4635 of 2019 stands restored. 6.

The petitioner shall furnish copies of the petition for issuing notice to the respondents within a period of two weeks. 7.

In the event the copies are furnished, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 16.4.2021.

8.

If the copies are not furnished, within the aforesaid period, this order would cease to operate.
