The learned Counsel for the applicant as well as the learned Counsel for respondent No. 2 are ad idem that the matter between the applicant and respondent No. 2 has been amicably settled. An affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 2 stating that she has no objection to allow the criminal application.

In view of the above, Regular Criminal Case (Charge-sheet) No. 548/2023, pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jalna, in Page 1 of

1063 CriApln 1135-2023 respect of Crime No. 37/2023 dated 14/02/2023 registered with Chandanjira Police Station, Taluka and District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as the order of taking cognizance, if any, is hereby quashed and set aside.
