The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of 7,000/- per month towards the ₹ interim maintenance granted by the learned Family Court, as well as 10,000/- per month towards the arrears of maintenance, in addition to the ₹ said 7,000/- i.e., a total of 17,000/- per month before the learned ₹ ₹ Family Court. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to request the learned Family Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
In response, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 does not dispute the said proposal.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Shrikant Malani

As undertaken, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of 7,000/- per month towards interim maintenance and 10,000/- per ₹ ₹ month towards arrears of maintenance, i.e., a total of 17,000/- per month, ₹ before the learned Family Court without fail until the disposal of the proceedings before it.
In any case, if the petitioner fails to deposit the said amount, the learned Family Court will be at liberty to pass appropriate orders, including forfeiture of the petitioner's right to proceed in the matter. 4.
The learned Family Court is requested to dispose of the matter as early as possible and expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the receipt of a copy of this order, on its own merits, without being influenced by this order.

As per the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the parties are directed to cooperate with the Court for the early disposal of the matter.
