It is submitted that subject to the decision in Special Leave Petition No. 28306 of 2017, the petitioner was promoted as Headmistress under order dated 29.09.2021. The petitioner is directed to join at the promotional post in the Municipal School No. 23.

In light of the above, the grievance of the petitioner on the date stands redressed. The school where the petitioner is presently working shall relieve the petitioner to enable the

2 wp 6131.2021 petitioner to join at the promotional post. The petitioner shall be relieved by the school where the petitioner is working immediately so as to enable the petitioner to join promotional post of Headmistress at the School No. 23.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
