Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that, the proposal was submitted for grant of additional staff. The same has been recommended by all authorities and lastly by the Director of Education and the same is pending with the Government since 12th March, 2021.

In case, the proposal recommended by the Director of Education for grant of additional posts as contended by the petitioners (page 33) is pending with respondent no.1, then, respondent no.1 shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within Nine (09) months.
