Considering that the petitioner has a statutory remedy of preferring a Second Revision under Section 257 of the MLR Code, in view of the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra [2015 (6) Mh.L.J. 915], this petition is disposed off.
