The petitioner is challenged order dated 24.07.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar in Criminal Appeal No.99/2013 and also the order dated 24.07.2018 in Criminal Appeal No. 103/2013, the petition is filed in the year 2011. The petitioner has not circulated this matter since then and so also, a matter was not listed before this Court. The matter was listed on 20.11.2025, by way of last chance this matter was kept for hearing today.

Ms. Megha Y. Mali holding for Mr. Avhad Abhijeet P., learned counsel for the petitioner states that she is not in touch with him or her. Since the petitioner neither vigilant nor alert, this Court cannot come to his aid, particularly when he is sleeping on his rights. Therefore, at this stage I am not inclined to interfere the order passed by the subordinate Court. 3.

Hence, Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed.
