It is an application for withdrawal of compensation amount moved by the applicants/claimants.

Heard Mr D.R. Markad, learned counsel for the applicants/claimants and the learned counsel for the insurance company.

Perused the earlier order passed by this Court. It is revealed during the course of argument that this Court was pleased to allow the applicants/claimants to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation vide order dated 21st September, 2017. It seems to be second application for withdrawal of compensation amount. Applicant No.1 is seeking withdrawal of remaining balance amount on account of her number of diseases. However, no medical certificate or treatment papers are placed on record to support the prayer. I do not find any change in the circumstances to consider the prayer for withdrawal of compensation of remaining balance amount.

ORDER

The civil application is hereby rejected.
