Allow to withdraw. The Appeal disposed of as withdrawn. The Court fees be refunded to the appellant to the extent permissible under law. 3.

The amount, if any, deposited by the Insurance company with this Court and invested in fixed deposit then the same shall be paid to the claimant/claimants in terms of Award passed by Tribunal by transferring the same in their respective savings banks account on furnishing the particulars of bank account.
