The petitioner is challenging the common judgment and order dated 07.03.2025, whereby the committee has refused to validate his 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificate. 3.

Issue notice to respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned AGP waives service of notice for both respondents. 4.

We have heard both sides finally.

The impugned judgment disposes of similar claims of five individuals, including the petitioner. The other four individuals had preferred separate writ petitions, namely, writ petition No. 3794 of 2025 and other connected matters. By the order dated 20.03.2025, the impugned judgment and order has already been quashed and set aside to the extent of those four individuals. 6.

For the selfsame reasons as we have recorded in that order, the writ petition is allowed. The Impugned judgment and order is quashed and set aside to the extent of the petitioner. The committee shall issue certificate of validity to him, which shall be coterminus with the review, if any, in the matter of decision of this Court in case of Mayuri D/o Shriram Kalyanapad. (Y. G.
