PER COURT :- 1] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3.

2] Admittedly, while filling in the application online in column of gender, the petitioners did mention 'female', as a result, the candidature of the petitioners throughout the selection process was considered from the said category.

3] The respondent Nos.2 and 3 have filed affidavit-inreply. In the said affidavit-in-reply, it is stated that, the entire selection process is already completed and the eligible candidates are already appointed. Now, there is no any vacancy in pursuance to the advertisement No.3/2014 under which the petitioner had applied.

4] In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition, hence Petition stands rejected. [P.R. BORA, J.] [S.S. SHINDE, J.].. DDC
