Heard both the sides.

This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the respondent NO. 1/ insurance company in this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application and considering the grounds in the appeal, I am of the opinion, 75 % amount of compensation can be paid to the applicant No. 1, applicant No. 3 and applicant No. 4. 4.

Civil Application is allowed.

5.

Applicants NO. 1, 3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw 75 % amount of compenastion together with proportionate interest on the undertaking that in case any adverse orders are passed against them in the 1/2
