Heard both the sides.

This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the respondent No. 1/ insurance company in this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application and considering the grounds in the appeal, I am of the opinion, 75 % amount of compensation can be paid to the applicant No. 1, applicant No. 4 and applicant No. 5. 4.

Civil Application is allowed.

5.

Applicants NO. 1, 4 and 5 are permitted to withdraw 75 % amount of compensation together with proportionate interest on the undertaking that in case any adverse orders are passed against them in the 1/2

974 6490.odt appeal, then they shall deposit the amount in this Court within a period of 12 weeks.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to correct the serial numbers of the applicants in the application. Leave granted. Necessary correction be made forthwith.
