The validation proceeding is pending.

Though, it was directed to the committee to dispose of the proceeding within a period of nine

(09) months as per order dated 07.03.2018 in Writ Petition No. 2573 of 2018, the proceeding is not yet decided. The petitioner has appeared for 3rd year B.D.S. examination. The result is withheld. 3.

The committee ought to have abided by the orders passed by this Court and should have decided the validation proceeding.

Considering that the validation proceeding is pending, we pass the following order.

Respondent no. 4 / committee shall decide the validation proceeding within a period of six (06) months from today. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 26.03.2020. Respondents no. 2 and 3 shall not refuse to accept the examination form of the petitioner for 3rd year B.D.S. examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the result of the petitioner's 3rd year B.D.S examination be also declared.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
