The Court expressed disinclination to grant bail to respondent No.2 Sangaram. The learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application of respondent No.2. Leave granted. The application of the applicant No.2 stands dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, the

learned A.P.P. for respondent/State and the learned counsel for the complainant.

It seems that the accused, the deceased and the frst informant were relatives. They had a quarrel over the partition of their property. The meeting for amicable settlement of the property was held and then the incident had happened. The role attributed to the applicant is limited that he beat the deceased with fst and kick blows and gave a dash to the motorbike of the complainant. There are no antecedents to his discredit. The material investigation against him has been completed. He is a 19 years old boy. His further detention would serve no purpose. To protect the interest of prosecution, certain conditions may be imposed. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(I) The Application of applicant No. Vishal Sangram Dongre is allowed.

(ii) Applicant No.1 Vishal Sangram Dongre be released on bail on furnishing P. B. and S. B. of Rs. 50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No. 26/2023 registered with Police Station Shirur Anantpal, District Latur for the ofence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the following conditions :

(a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He shall not enter village Sakol Taluka Shirur Anantpal, District Latur for three months from the date of his release. (c) He shall not involve in a similar crime.
