The learned advocate for the petitioners submits on specific instructions that the petitioners are not pressing prayer clauses 'B' and 'D' as the grievance is redressed. Insofar as prayer clause 'C' is concerned, it is submitted that the petitioners have tendered a representation dated 12.8.2021 to the Municipal Commissioner - respondent no. 2. The petitioner would be satisfied if respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the representation on it's own merits within a time frame.

Learned advocate Mr. A.P. Bhandari causes an appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4, since we called upon him to render assistance.

As such, this petition is disposed off with the expectation that respondent no. 2 would consider the representations of the petitioners dated 20.9.2021 and 13.8.2021 filed by the two petitioners, respectively, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15th October 2022, on it's own merits.
