The grievance of petitioners is that, though they have preferred application U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act in February 2014, but no cognizance has been taken of the same. 2.

We have heard the learned A. G. P. also. The learned A. G. P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

In case the application filed by petitioners U/Sec. 28-A of the L. A. Act is pending with the respondent authorities, then the respondent authorities shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and after hearing all the parties

(09) months from today.

In case in the application U/Sec. 28-A of the L. A. Act the acquiring body is not made party, the authorities shall issue notice to the acquiring body also. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
