By this application, the wife of the victim wants to intervene in the matter and assist the learned Public Prosecutor in the conduct of the application for anticipatory bail filed by respondent no.2-accused. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to assist the learned Public Prosecutor in the conduct of the application for anticipatory bail filed by respondent no.2.
