The petition is only against the interim order passed by in Domestic Violence proceeding directing the husband to pay an amount of Rs.35,000/- per month.

This court finds that this petition can be disposed off by directing the trial court to dispose off the proceeding. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

a] The trial court is requested to dispose off the proceeding PWDVA No. 41/2020 pending before JMFC, Udgir, Dist. Latur within six months from today.

b] Interim relief to continue subject to petitioner depositing Rs.20,000/- per month from the date of filing of this petition.

c] Arrears be cleared within six months from today.

d] With this, the criminal writ petition stands disposed off.
