The Registrar (Judicial), has communicated the willingness of Mr. S.P. Kulkarni ( retired District Judge-1) to act as an Arbitrator in respect of the subject-matter at Dhule. 2.

Mr. Shriram Purushottam Kulkarni, retired District Judge, resident of House No.1311-A, 4th Lane, Dhule with Cell No. 8208131184, is hereby appointed as an Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties hereto. The parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrator, on 13th August 2021 at Dhule before which they will communicate with the learned Arbitrator on the above given cell number.

The fees of the Arbitrator shall be as per the Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
