Heard. The applicant is alleged to have obtained a forged certificate with a view to secure a job in particular reserved quota in sports category. Admittedly, the applicant has not been given any employment based on such forged certificate. The learned Additional Sessions Judge refused to grant the anticipatory bail only for the reason that the alleged forged documents have not been supplied by the applicant to the investigating officer. The applicant now comes around to hand over those documents to the investigating officer. The investigating officer A.P.I. Mr. Shinde is present before the Court. three documents to the investigating officer before the Court. 2.

Since the offence is based on documentary evidence and the applicant has not secured any job based thereon, the Court is inclined to allow the application. Hence the order :

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.292/2020, registered with Jawahar Nagar Police Station, Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount.

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall appear before the investigating officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation. (R.G. AVACHAT, J.) fmp/-
