This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 1534 days occurred in presenting the appeal by accused. The accused-applicant has been sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.1000/- by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sangamner. The appeal, preferred by the State, in respect of acquittal of co-accused is pending for consideration. In this view of the matter, application seeking condonation of delay is allowed. Appeal preferred by the applicant-accused be registered. Mrs.Bharati Gunjal, advocate is appointed as amicus curiae to defend the appellant-accused. Learned advocate appointed in the matter shall present memorandum of appeal within two weeks from today.

The Office shall supply photostat copies of relevant documents to the learned advocate appointed in the matter within one week.
