Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 - Union of India and respondent No. 2 - Cantonment Board, Ahmednagar, on instructions, makes a statement before this Court that in response to the tender notice dated 15th February, 2019 certain offers were received and on opening the bid pockets, the authority found that none of the bidder/offerer was satisfying requisite conditions/ criteria, as such, the authorities thought it fit to undertake an exercise of re-tenders/ fresh tenders be floated.
