This petition has been filed way back in the year 2015 challenging an order dated 21.11.2014 passed by the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Nashik, in Appeal No. 55/2010. However, since the petition has been filed, record reveals that for one reason or the other adjournments were sought by the petitioner. He had changed his counsel on more than one occasion.

On 14.03.2017 counsel then appearing for the petitioner submitted that a compromise talk was going on between the petitioner and the Management. Learned counsel for the respondent - Management, however, denies of having some talk of compromise with

( 2 ) 903WP8584.15 the petitioner and that it was a false statement made only to seek an adjournment.

On 22.03.2022 none was present for the petitioner and, therefore, this Court adjourned the matter till today for passing an order of dismissal under the caption of dismissal. 4.

Today, the petitioner is present in-person before the Court with a similar prayer of seeking time to appoint another counsel. Such conduct is deprecated.

Since the learned counsel for the respondent - Management has invited my attention to the impugned order as well as the judgment delivered by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon, in Criminal Appeal No. 86/2011, by which, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, dismissed the Appeal preferred by the petitioner challenging his conviction for the offence punishable under Section 342 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code, without going into the merits in view of the aforesaid background, the petition stands dismissed.
