Mr Bayas, learned Counsel for respondent no.5, on instructions submits that the proposal of revised pay-scale of the petitioner is forwarded to the Director, Municipal Administration on 24.12.2018. 2.

In case such a proposal is pending with respondent no.2 the respondent no.2 shall take decision to upon it on its own merits, preferably within four months.
