The learned AGP submits that the term of the committee has expired and that the petition has become infructuous.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the impugned order passed may be used in future against the committee members for any proceedings, which may be initiated on the basis of the impugned order. Since the term of the committee has expired and the committee cannot be restored back, the

2 wp 6655.2021 impugned order is worked out and the petition has become infructuous.

However, it is clarified that in the event that any proceedings are initiated based on the impugned order against the committee members at the later point of time, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the present impugned order in a fresh writ petition.

It is further directed that, if any action is sought to be initiated based on the impugned order against the committee members, prior notice of two (02) weeks be given to the petitioner so as to enable the committee members to exercise legal remedy available.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with above directions.
