The last bail application, after filing of chargesheet was withdrawn on 1st March 2016, with liberty to apply afresh after receipt of Forensic Science Laboratory report. As such this application. 2.

In my opinion, the liberty, as was granted in the order dated 1st March, 2016, has to be construed as liberty to approach before the learned Sessions Court and not directly before this Court. 3.

In view of above, the application stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to approach before the learned Sessions Court.
