We have heard Mr. Mane, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P..

In paragraph no.10 of the affidavit in reply filed it is submitted that order is already passed on the application under Section 32 of the Maharashtra Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation on Holdings Act, 1947 and the petitioner is now required to avail the remedy under Maharashtra Land Revenue Code for correction in the mutation entry.

Mr. Mane, learned counsel submits that he would approach the Tahasildar by filing Appeal. In that case, Tahasildar would endevour to decide the
