Learned A.G.P. waives notice for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Mr.Dhakne, learned counsel submits that earlier the proposal submitted by the Management

2 W.P.No.4121/17 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak was returned on the ground that the roster is not verified by the BC cell. Subsequently, the roster is verified by the BC cell and fresh proposal along with roster by the BC cell is submitted to the Respondent No.2 (Exh.G), however, no decision has been taken upon it as yet.

Learned A.G.P. states that the Respondent No.2 would take decision upon it in accordance with law, in case the same is pending. 5.

In case the proposal (Exh.G) complete in all respect is pending with the authority then the Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. NO costs.
